Implants

A dental implant mimics the form and function of a natural tooth, which consists of a base and a crown. The crown is the visible part of your tooth and is attached to the jawbone by way of the root.

When a tooth is damaged beyond repair and needs to be removed, dental implants are usually the best option in replacing that missing tooth. The dental implant is a titanium screw that is placed into the jaw bone in a very minimal surgical procedure.

Once it is fused to the bone and ready to be restored, a crown will be attached to it to mimic the natural look and function. The new crown is customized to match your bite and the color of your teeth.
